The Smart Symptoms Roadshow is coming to Cheadle.

Come along and take advantage of a free NHS Health Check, available for those aged 40–74 with no pre-existing conditions. You can also use interactive symptom checker stations, speak directly with specialist health services, and access guidance on the most appropriate support for your needs.

There will be information on a range of local health and wellbeing activities, helping you find opportunities to stay active and supported within your community.
